Gabbard attacked Harris for having locked up thousands of people for mere marijuana possession and laughing about it when asked whether she had smoked pot herself.
The congresswoman piled onto Harris, adding on a reference to her office’s shameful move to keep people locked up to preserve "cheap labor for the state of California."
This is all true, and here are the receipts. But Gabbard didn’t stop there.

Willie Brown is still a significant player in this race. And just a few months ago, Brown wrote a little piece for the SF Chronicle saying Harass is disloyal.
My guess is if she gets close to the nomination, other politicians treated roughly by Harass will come out of the woodwork to stop her nomination. Or they will use a proxy like Tulsi to lower the boom on her.

Until O’Kenyan burst onto the political scene, we all had a pretty good understanding of what “natural born citizen” meant, then the liberal press and the “hawvaad” eggheads set about re-assigning what our words mean, right now there seems to be no generally accepted limitation on who is eligible for office in this country, we can literally be taken over by foreign powers through a slick political campaign.... somebody had better re-instate the rules.

Both states and federal need to push legislation to define the term and place procedures in place to verify candidates before they are on the ballot. That's the only way to get courts to take up the matter and rule definitively.
Courts completely shirked the matter in Obama's case. Didn't want to touch it. They will continue to shirk.
She was born a US citizen because her Mother and Father were both US citizens. It doesn’t matter what a bunch of internet conspiracy theorist say, she is a Natural Born Citizen. There is not today, nor has there ever been a court in the USA that would have found her NOT an NBC. Any debate on the matter is tilting at windmills.

Kamala Harris is the Chosen One, and if the Ones Who Choose require a court decision to disqualify Tulsi Gabbard, they will get it without a doubt.
Up until now, Tulsi Gabbard has not been regarded by the Ones Who Choose as a serious contender, but that may be changing.

And what about Harris, whose father was a Jamaican citizen and mother an Indian citizen at the time of her birth? Do anchor babies qualify to run for POTUS?
The constitution is dead. Its words have been either ignored or interpreted into oblivion. Limited federal government? Yeah, locals get to choose dog catcher, until that becomes a matter of interstate commerce.
Congress did not object to dual-citizen at birth Obama becoming president. So by precedent, dual citizenship at birth is not a bar.
And we have California demanding to see tax returns for candidates for president, but not demanding evidence of constitutional qualification. This is the times we live in, derelict, corrupt, and clown leadership.
