Up until now, Tulsi Gabbard has not been regarded by the Ones Who Choose as a serious contender, but that may be changing.
Harris is less likeable than Hillary, which is really saying something.
Gabbard is the threat in her ability to siphon off independent voters.
One way to make that happen is for Biden to pick her for VP, then Biden wins via voter fraud/ignorance, and Biden leaves office before serving his term. He might even be planning to resign.
