It’s become clear that Mueller didn’t draft this report and has never read the whole thing. Nor is he familiar with the supposed “evidence” it was based on.

Muller is mentally incompinent and has been for some time. Probably why he was chosen as the front guy for this investigation.... HE WAS A PUPPET of the democrats and the deep state. Mueller told Ted Lieu that “going through the elements of obstruction with you doesn’t mean I subscribe to your view of the facts”.
Who leaves home without their glasses? As if someone couldn’t give him theirs. As if his handlers didn’t make sure he had a pair. Something is DEFINITELY up with this.
You can talk about something all you want but if you don’t act on it where is the actual obstruction.

Agree on the report. But, Mueller is relatively on top of the so-called obstruction and McGahn narrative. He answers questions about that fairly fluidly.
It's interesting that he went through the elements of obstruction, and then said he didn't necessarily agree with the interpretation. Hedging his bets?
Mueller told Lieu he didn’t necessarily subscribe to what Lieu was alleging about obstruction.
