The House can define the crimes any way they want, but the Senate is the jury. They make the decision.
Even the RINOs want to get re-elected. How do they spin their vote to the 63 million Trump voters? How does the GOP remain intact when the majority party in the Senate cannot cannot stop the removal of a duly elected Rep President who has done nothing wrong, i.e., no conspiracy and no obstruction of justice? And when the IG and Durham reports reveal the attempted coup against a sitting President, there will be a reckoning.
Amash is a pariah who has left the GOP. Arlen Specter became a Dem. There will be no mass defection in the Senate. The bigger question is do the Dems have enough votes in the House to impeach? Doubtful, especially the 31 freshmen Dems who won in districts that Trump won in 2016.
Aggressive. Not nasty and disrespectful the way Dems treat people like Kavannah and Barr.

I’m an attorney and was just going to post this. Republicans just don’t get it. The Democrats in power are evil and not stupid. I picture Mueller in a room with a trusted assistant in front of a computer. Same for Comey in a different room with a different assistant. The assistants live type their conversations. Probably on burner phones and not computers. “Did you ever talk to Comey?” He can truthfully answer no. “Did you ever email or text him?” Again he can answer no truthfully.
