Full Title: Aided by a strong economy, Trump approval rises, but a majority also see him as "unpresidential".

Aided by a strong economy and perceptions that he has dealt with it effectively, President Trump’s approval rating has risen to the highest point of his presidency, though a slight majority of Americans continue to say they disapprove of his performance in office, according to a Washington Post-ABC News poll.

Well above 50% indeed. If you want to factor in the silent Trump voter, those who absolutely refuse to talk to the polling fraudsters I would say his approval is probably 57 to 60 and maybe even a bit higher.

These number to serve to drive the left completely out of their mind if it’s possible for them to be any more out of their mind than they already are. This will cause them to act even more insane.

I’m gonna buy stock in popcorn producers.

They must not have polled the foppish British Ambassador to the United States who reports to his government with descriptions of Trump: “inept”, “scandal-plagued”, “disorganized”. On the other hand, there is no mention of what really has characterized the Trump presidency: a booming economy, record low unemployment, new opportunities for minority citizens, a refusal to get involved once more in needless foreign wars, the US status as the world’s leading oil producer, and finally fighting to ensure that our foreign “partners” open their own economies to US goods and pay their share for their own damned defense. I don’t know where this British bozo has been posted but it sounds a lot more like constant attendance at Hillary’s soirees.

Remember that old joke about two guys in a camping tent that wake up to see a grizzly glaring at them. One starts putting on his running shoes, and the other sez, “that won’t make you faster than the bear”, to which he replies, “I only have to be faster than you.”

Yeah, in the next election cycle, Trump is the one with the running shoes. He doesn’t have to beat Jesus. He has to beat the sorry lot of Leftists in the democrat pack. Not a one of them is remotely ‘presidential.”

unpresidential”.

Did you see Barack Obama for 8 years?
What the hell is Presidential anyhow?
Full employment, rising economy, some attempt to secure our borders. That works for me!

Absolutely a real thing. Try wearing a red MAGA hat in your local mall.

Sounds like Bill Clinton’s approval ratings even though he was a personal scumbag.

Lucky for Trump the economy got better, all by itself, right WaPo? You don’t think they should be saying, ‘Good thing for the economy Trump got elected’, do ya?

Of course ... if even the despicable WashPost - which hates Trump's guts and never says anything positive about him - will admit his approval is already at 47%, you KNOW it's actually higher ... so, who wants to be the Democrat's designated loser in 2020??

His high-wire international diplomacy in North Korea should have helped-—if the Fake News would only would have covered it for longer than a commercial break cycle

“Try wearing a MAGA hat in a mall”

Sure, I know what you are saying but you know the location of the mall matters.

I recently moved to SC and it is a totally different world than my previous homes which were in NJ and MA.

Here in SC churches abound, seems like there is one on every corner. The license plates can have “In God We Trust” on them as mine does and I have seen plenty OF MAGA hats.

Liberals are badly outnumbered in this area and they know it.

From the Washington Compost...I’m guessing the poll number is significantly higher...and the reporter writing the article has gone into therapy.

Yup. But the curious thing is when we cited Rassmussen at 46%, they laughed and said 41%. When we cited Rassmussen at 48%, they laughed and said 43%. Now Thier numbers are starting to look like “ours” a month ago and there is nowhere for them to go accept for= “but is he presidential?”

Count me as one of them. Why would I want to provide more information about myself to build up my marketing dossier in the cloud?

Sure, it sounds paranoid, and I'd guess that some survey info stays in the survey, but I doubt that it all does. I don't get the feeling that providing a datapoint for input to someone's survey software is "making my voice heard."

And, my time is valuable. I have paint to watch dry.
