The way it was presented is strong evidence that this was orchestrated by the Saudis and CIA.

To not make those your top suspects, to instead pretend that there is equal chance that Iran would deliberately provide a causus belli for no gain whatsoever, makes you a fool. And not just a fool, a willingly gullible fool.

Torpedos already became mines... which are above the waterline... grainy video declared a “smoking gun”... investigation complete in under 24 hours... this is as obvious an attempt at railroading us into war by Deep State elements as it gets. And again, this is as the Russia collusion hoax is being exposed in its full glory, hard solid incontrovertible evidence of anti-American elements embedded throughout our own government and especially at CIA and State - the source of this tanker hoax.

That there is a single person here who seriously thinks Iran is responsible is incredibly disappointing and demoralizing. A people who fooled that easily cannot possibly be free, being so easily manipulated.

Hell, even Alex Jones yesterday was saying the evidence points to Iran. Said nobody should be 100% sure yet, but he pointed out things Iran has said in the last 2 months about hitting back for designating the Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist outfit, for and re-imposing sanctions. If Alex thinks more chance than not they are involved, it’s worth looking at.

I think you have me mistaken 100% for someone else. One of my biggest beefs with GWB was his disinclination to defend himself. I was infuriated every time he rolled over.

As for Trump, every time he lays one on the Left, anyone, no matter how crass, I stand up and cheer loudly. He has been spot on in his denigration of them, too. You can tell by how loudly they scream in outrage...:)

Nope. I have been onboard since day one with Trump.

As for McCabe, Comey, and Brennan, in a just world, each one of them would be imprisoned at a minimum. With what I suspect Brennan has done, if it turns out to be true, in just country, we would see him hanged.

Whatever you may think of me, I am most certainly not one of those "Queensbury Rules" or "The Dignity of the Office" people. I have been yearning for decades for someone who fights, and Trump is that guy.

1. Can we say, with anywhere near 100% certainty, that no other nation, or group, has possesion or ownership of an IRGC Gashti class patrol boat? Don't some other countries own and operate some of our military hardware? Yes. Something to consider.

2. Were the operators of that patrol boat detained and positively identified as being Iranian military? If not, how can we be any where near 100% certain they were Iranian military?

3. Has it been verified beyond a doubt that those mine(s) were recently placed on those tankers, or in the surrounding waters and not remnants from a while ago?

Then we've got: "The Japanese owner of the Kokuka Courageous, one of two oil tankers targeted near the Strait of Hormuz, said Friday that sailors on board saw "flying objects" just before it was hit, suggesting the vessel wasn't damaged by mines."[1]

And initially, it was reported that torpedo's hit the tankers. [2]

So we've had torpedos as the cause, "flying objects" as the cause and the fed gov (which is never wrong) saying that it was deffinately the Iranian military who planted mines that caused the damage within 24 hours of it happening.

Now, the Iranian regime is evil and must be hit hard with economic sanctions, but the U.S. better not get involved in a shooting war with Iran. Those were not our tankers and there is no known proof that those tanker explosions we the result of Iranian military action.

Good question, RB; 1st why did they do it and what is there to gain? I suspect huge payoff and the Russians and/or China said they’d protect them.

2nd, why take them off assuming #1 above?

I have always been a believer in “Occam’s Razor” as a rule of thumb that the simplest explanation is usually the correct one.

Over the years, I do not discount evil on the part of Iran because of Beirut 1975, the embassy takeover, the bombing of the Marine barracks, dozens of terrorism incidents aimed at US citizens or interests, the Death to America rhetoric, their part in killing our troops in Iraq, and I could go on on on.

Iran deserves a thorough and sober consideration as a culprit in any violent or unstable action in the Middle East in general, and the Persian Gulf in particular.

Doesn’t mean we have to pin it on them. But we have to look at them, and there is enough evidence to warrant looking at them.
