I have not attacked anyone in an ad hominem way as crazy, hypocritial, or even wrong. I just re-read my posts to be sure I didn't write something that could be construed that way.

I suspect you took issue with my statement: "...I was embarrassed as a conservative reading some of the threads on this subject where various posters emphatically and unequivocally state this is our own people/government orchestrating it. It think it is wise to consider the possibility. I think it is foolhardy to assume without evidence that is the case..."

I do believe it is foolhardy to accept an explanation of a US Government plot as the gospel truth and completely disparage any suggestion the Iranians could be involved.

I hope you noticed that I said in the quote above "...It think it is wise to consider the possibility..." and I would stand by that, since our own government has given us reason to keep this open as a consideration.

I don't see anything "hypocritical" in this approach, at least nothing worthy of an unwarranted ad hominem attack.
