In a recent poll for Axios on HBO, 55% of American women say they would prefer to live in a socialist country over a capitalist country. This week on Problematic Women, we discuss why women are embracing socialism and what can be done to stop this trend.
Also, we break down why freshman Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says members of Congress, despite already making $174,000 a year, deserve a pay raise.
We crown Yale University graduate and future Justice Brett Kavanaugh law clerk Sophia Chua-Rubenfeld Problematic Woman of the Week.
And we discuss these topics:
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had surprisingly positive things to say about Kavanaughs first class of law clerks.
Pro-life group Live Action was permanently banned from Pinterest this week for spreading misinformation.
Mary Katharine Ham, CNN contributor and single mom of two, talks feminism, being a mother in the public eye, and much more.

Women were so enamored by Clinton, that it actually occurred to me that it might be best if they couldn’t vote.
Now they’re enamored with Socialism. It’s not helping me change my mind.
Because they consider Government as a better provider than a husband.
“55% of American women say they would prefer to live in a socialist country over a capitalist country.”
I’ll never understand why they don’t go try it out for a few months or a year. I did for the better part of a year when I was in my 20s. It’s the sure-fire cure for naive teenage utopian optimism.
Toxic feminism.
BINGO!!
Sex, drugs and public education.
Because Socialism would be a ‘ good provider ‘ and wouldn’t snore.
Another fake poll.
Sure they are! Pléeeeeeze go away!
Not really. The women’s vote has been against conservatives for quite some time.
And young women today...they get out of college and start talking like AOC.
Socialism is all about bringing people you resent down. Not lifting people up. Big difference. The progressive agenda has only made women resentful not content. So there ya go.
That being said, I refuse to count out the common sense of both men and women in this country.
Because they want government to be their sugar daddy.
Did Womens Suffrage Change the Size and Scope of Government? by John R. Lott, Jr. and Lawrence W. Kenny

Women, by nature, look to a collective for security.
We have a winner on #3 Alex!
Universal suffrage is here to stay so we'll need other solutions.
What's fake about it?
Rush Limbaugh: “Liberalism is a gutless choice.”
Women are notoriously gutless.
Yeah, well are they in for a big surprise.
The state owns your child. You don’t.
Wait until that sinks in.
That "common sense" got us here. Some radical changes from 1915, more or less, to now, and those radical changes portend more government, less personal responsibility. In the long run, death to the society.
I don't get exercised over it. Too old to "care" unless there is a credible call to resist.
