New York State lawmakers on Wednesday gave their final approval to legislation that would allow Congress to obtain President Trump’s state tax returns.
The bill, which is expected to be signed by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, would lift an existing state restriction on revealing an individual’s tax returns. It says the state Commissioner of Taxation and Finance shall release those returns if requested by the House Ways and Means Committee, Finance Committee, or Joint Committee on Taxation.

This is a slam dunk Section 1983 violation. President Trump could IMMEDIATELY arrest and imprison most of the government of New York State.
And that is an encouraging thought.
All of these records are from BEFORE he was president, or even a declared candidate! Where is the SCOTUS on this? Can Trump make an emergency appeal?
If President Trump moves to Florida, this law will have no effect.
I believe that the permission to examine goes well beyond President Trump’s taxes, and covers anyone that they want to examine, or at least any politician. More details needed.

We all know for a fact that the intent is to get Trump, in any way possible.
However, the legal requirement for a law to be considered a “Bill of Attainder” is that it mention a specific person. This law does not, so it isn’t a Bill of Attainder - even though the intent is clear.
Trump should order federal investigators to shut them down. Showing tax returns is aguinst the law.

This law is clearly unconstitutional because it specifically targets President Trump. Federal courts will stop New York from sending Trump’s tax returns to congress.
This is nothing but a gang of lunatics howling at the moon.

For Obama to have a school record, he must have gone to school. I have thoughts that he might not have even have gone to Yale. No one remembers him. He had everything sealed. So how do we know.
