President Trump said Tuesday that his administration isn’t bringing back the policy of family separation for migrants and blamed former President Barack Obama for putting illegal immigrant children in cages.
Asked by reporters about the policy of family separation, Mr. Trump pointed to the actions of his predecessor.
“Just so you understand, President Obama separated the children,” Mr. Trump said. “Those cages that were shown — I think they were very inappropriate — were by President Obama’s administration, not by Trump. President Obama had child separation.”
He challenged reporters in the Oval Office, “Take a look. The press knows it. You know it. We all know it. I’m the one who stopped it. President Obama had child separation.”

In my view family separation is one thing, locking them up in wire mesh cages is quite another.

The truth usually kills them, so why doesnt Trump talk about the Republican Party, the North, the Union, The Civil Rights Act, and so much more that we stand for. Call the Dems the Racists, the Sexists, and the Segregationists we all know them to be. Pull the mask off Socialism and expose AOC and the other Naizs taking power.
The Trump presidency has not resulted in any decrease in the number of third-world migrants colonizing our homeland. Just the opposite unfortunately.
There are some positive signs this week, however, with the DHS housecleaning and Stephen Miller apparently pushing for something better than the abject caving we’ve seen so far.

A lot of the old fencing was replaced with that 23-30 foot bollard style with 4 feet of sheet metal at the top to prevent shimming up and over.
That looks like the older 10-12 ft version.
I'd be happy if they set up bean bag and water canons on the US side and charged quarters to knock these hooligans off the top. But razor wire works too.
The people on top need to be receiving rubber bullets and tear gas. Instead (if they bring kids) they’re getting rides to the bus station and slivers of paper with some immigration court date years down the road.

Amen. if not being separated was so important to them, they’d be happy to remain united in countries other than the US.
For that matter, during the Ellis Island era, plenty of families were separated because those people escaping tyranny, famine, and real oppression. They had to pass tests such as being able-bodied, not carrying diseases, showing that they wouldn’t be a drain on American taxpayers, had no criminal record, etc. It’s food for thought that they did a better job vetting potential immigrants than we do with much better technology.
You know, until the left decided to use it as a weapon, I never saw those cages as being much different than a playpen.
I’m not sure if it still exists I took it off Google images but one thing is for sure. That fence you see attached to the iron columns was tied on in the Mexican side of the border to climb up from.
It’s things like this that need to be taken out when spotted.
Activist judges and leftist judge-shopping are at least partly to blame for that.
