Does that section even exist anymore?
A lot of the old fencing was replaced with that 23-30 foot bollard style with 4 feet of sheet metal at the top to prevent shimming up and over.
That looks like the older 10-12 ft version.
I'd be happy if they set up bean bag and water canons on the US side and charged quarters to knock these hooligans off the top. But razor wire works too.
The people on top need to be receiving rubber bullets and tear gas. Instead (if they bring kids) they’re getting rides to the bus station and slivers of paper with some immigration court date years down the road.
