Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) attacked Senate Republicans Monday for sitting on a bill that in actuality has not passed the House of Representatives.
Ocasio-Cortez received thousands of retweets for a tweet claiming that the "For the People Act" had passed the House with over two hundred cosponsors. "Now it’s at the Senate," she wrote. "GOP is calling getting money out of politics a ‘power grab.'"

If the dems in her district wise up and primary her out next year, she has a bright future ahead of her as a media whore.
She actually may take the train. If your final destination is actually in Manhattan, it is easier to just take the Acela train into Grand Central station or Penn Station. From there you can connect with the trains to Westchester County. If you are going to Queens you want to fly into LaGuardia. If you are going to Long Island you fly into JFK or Islip. Lastly, if you are going to Jersey, you fly into Newark.
The real rich folks fly their G5’s into Teterboro, NJ. It is right near the George Washington bridge to the upper west side and northern jersey. Then helicopter into Manhattan.
The fact is, it can take 2 hours just to get from one side of NYC to the other during the middle of the day. AOC’s parents still live in Westchester County. She is not from Queens. She lived there when she worked as a bartender after graduating for Boston University($70K/year private school). Westchester County is where all the rich people live NORTH of NYC. It is very pretty and expensive. It is where the Clintons live. AOC is your typical little rich girl pretending to be a downtrodden socialist. However, with the right grooming she could be VERY dangerous.
Has anybody done a genuine background check on this woman’s claim to have a college degree?
Does she really have a degree from Boston College? What were her grades?

I think her facial expression are so overly exaggerated in order to somehow compensate for her mind blowing stupidity.
She IS dangerous because she commands the near-unanimous loyalty of the radical young Democrat base. Nancy Pelosi is about to learn to her chagrin that THAT is where the power now lies in her party.

But If she has BA majoring in economics and international relations from Boston College, I would be ashamed of myself if I was in the economics department of that school.

I see this woman as sticking around for quite awhile. The democRAT Party and the democRAT voters like this kind of firebrand who is willing to spout off about their radical Marxist views without having to take the heat themselves.
This Green New Deal is just a Trojan horse to get their foot in the door on legislating climate change. Most of the stuff in it won't make it pass the talking stage, but little-by-little, the democRATS will keep pushing it's concepts until, eventually over time, they'll get most of it into law.
It's how the democRATS always work. They are using AO-C to get the camel's nose under the edge of the tent. They know they can't get this entire socialist wet-dream passed all at once, so they are satisfied to do it incrementally.
