Correct. 1.37 Billion is NOT 5.7 Billion— it is 4.33 Billion SHORT. The President will NOT sign this.

BTW— out of the blue, the dems started demanding more beds for the illegals already here and to compensate for even more to be “let in”. This is their idea of negotiation. The increase in “beds” for detainees is an increase in “detainees” who can be allowed to weasel their way in.
