Rep. Bobby Scott, Virginia Democrat, reportedly learned about the sexual assault accusations against Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax — directly from accuser Vanessa Tyson. In a report Wednesday evening citing unnamed aides to Mr. Scott, ABC News said that Ms. Tyson told Mr. Scott via text message in December 2017 that there was a “MeToo allegation” against the newly elected lieutenant governor but did not specify that she was the woman.

It would be glorious if suddenly there’s dirt on Warner.

A senior staffer for Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) tells me that Dr. Vanessa Tyson made the Senator aware of her horrifying sexual assault allegations against Justin Fairfax 10 months ago

Senator Warner ignored the allegations

I’d tend to believe her, and not just out of political bias. Her accusations were presented when he first ran for higher office, and to people who should’ve been concerned. She presented her story in such a way that she acknowledges her actions leading up to the assault. This really should become an issue of who received that letter and why did they protect him.

Gov. Phil Murphy continues to maintain he did not know about sexual assault allegations made against Al Alvarez when Alvarez was working in a senior role for Murphy’s campaign. Members of the Democrat-led committee openly question the truth of the governor’s assertion, and have become increasingly frustrated by a lack of answers and accountability for how the situation was handled.

Looks like the shady Democrats are covering it up....saying they cant even find out “who hired” Alvarez.

REALITY CHECK: When someone is hired for a top-level govt job , there is a very long, very official paper trail. Alvarez had to fill out a slew of govt documents.

Where are:
Alvarez’s letters of recommendation?
Alvarez’s application for employment?
Alvarez’s application for a state pension?
Was he bonded?
Does he own property?
Who were Alvarez’s previous employers?
Were his Tax returns checked?
Were Alvarez’s income statements checked?
Were Alvarez’s Bank account records checked?
Were Alvarez’s visas, passports, etc. checked?
Were Alvarez’ Id’s and birth certificate checked?

Keep in mind...falsifying official documents is the preferred criminal method to cover-up larger crimes.
Can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents. Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:Having to pay a monetary fine;Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. Legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses. The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

It is entirely possible that Murphy and his cohorts clammed up b/c they have something to hide.

The Alvarez types are known to brag about their conquests.

Did Alvarez give Murphy and the others vicarious thrills recounting his sexual encounter with the victim?

The victim’s lawyer should ask Alvarez who he confides in about his sex life.....when the lawyer is conducting pre-trial “discovery.”

Could be she’s lying, except her situation is typical for truth tellers, UNlike Anita Hill, Brawley, Blasey Ford, LaCrosse, etc.

Reports didn’t appear all of a sudden. She made contemporaneous reports to others when and soon after it happened, and she meets other criteria used to determine the truth of rape. She has specific time and date, and the place that can be verified where she was.

Who knows...

I hadn’t run into anything about the contemporaneous reports; but still, they’re just hearsay 15 years later in the absence of physical evidence.
You don’t seem to understand the stakes: this is the camel’s nose under the tent for “guilty if charged” : which h is the next big of power the Marxists want to destroy the US.
Women, being irrational, don’t care aboutvfootvstamping and “you GO G’RRRRL” —the more so, as at this point, they have “sexual immunity” and think that they can master and ride the storm forever. But these protections, once gone, are ceded forever.

Bobby, this doesn’t look good. Even if there is nothing there, it looks and sounds bad. As far as the older #metoo allegation against Scott, I found it odd. Bobby is a lifelong bachelor, just saying🤔. The past few years I’ve seen Mr. Scott at the MEAC basketball tournament at the Scope in Norfolk, VA. That will be taking place this March, without Hampton University, which is in Scott’s district. (Hampton left the conference amidst a big hubbub. ) Perhaps this will have blown over by then, perhaps not. If not, I wonder if he’ll show up for the MEAC.

You have some serious issues.

This *is* a serious issue.

Public policy should be decided by facts, not emotion.
