This move was requested by our allies and the usual Democrat talking point is we don’t take their interests into consideration.
Democrats tossed that aside because to them their rabid hate of Trump is more important than acceding to an allied request.

You cannot separate Stalin from Putin as casually as you seemingly believe.
Last I checked there were only 45 Democrats in the Senate plus two independents which makes the total 47. That is still a Minority and I don’t think Schumer has the votes to “Force” anything.
Absurd comparison. While Stalin was embraced by FDR, despite having killed tens of millions of his fellow countrymen, Putin is neither embraced by our politicians nor does he have that murderous track record.
Why is it when the Republicans are in power in the Senate or House, the Demonicrats can do what ever they want, but when the Demonicrats are in power, the Republicans don’t seem to be able to do anything?
