Judge Sullivan, who is assigned to General Flynn’s case is demanding to see the FBI summary 302 report about the ambush Flynn interview according to a new court filing.
Counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok showed up to the White House on January 24th, 2017 along with Special Agent Joe Pientka to interview General Flynn; the meeting was arranged by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
Flynn was told not have his lawyer with him and soon after the FBI agents began to question him he realized he was being ambushed over his phone calls to Russian Ambassador Kislyak.
The FBI agents who ambushed General Flynn on January 24th, 2017 didn’t write their 302 reports on their interview until 7 months later on August 22nd — this is also AFTER Rosenstein wrote his August 2nd memo expanding Mueller’s scope.

Here’s what I’m curious about... If the basis for all these witch hunts is the FISA warrant; Why aren’t any of the defense lawyers asking for these judgements to be vacated on the basis of the Exclusionary Rule? If a defense lawyer could get this to stick it would effectively remove every piece of so called “evidence” that originated from the FISA warrant.
He’s demanded it by Friday afternoon, so at least we won’t have to wait.

“Wrote 302s seven months later?!” When I was in the VA I was part of a couple of internal investigations. We did not have 302s, but I did keep precise records of everything day by day.
I wrote my findings to my boss via email so there would be an absolute record for him and I on a daily basis.
302s seven months after the fact are garbage and most likely lies.
The 302’s have to state they agents felt Flynn lied.
Or Flynn owns the Muller investigation, the DNC, CNN and 51% of the Steven Colbert show..
Would be great if the judge looks at them, and the dates, then simple vacate the conviction and throw it all out. Top that off with recommending an investigation of the investigators. It is about time to get some folks demanding fair, honest, and unbiased justice.
I thought the whole point of a 302 was that it provided a contemporaneous account, written when everything was fresh in memory.
I guess the real, original 302s didn't say what the FBI wanted them to say.
Looks like the FBI was conspiring with the Brits to take down a duly elected President... Once the ‘russia russia russia’ thing is put aside someone needs to look at our ‘intelligence’ boys working with the Brits to take out Trump...I believe it’s called treason.

Unfortunately this won’t be a big deal. The judge won’t sentence Flynn to anything but it also won’t do any damage to his accusers.
Oh sure, it’s hugh, but is it series?
