Wrote 302s seven months later?!

I thought the whole point of a 302 was that it provided a contemporaneous account, written when everything was fresh in memory.

I guess the real, original 302s didn't say what the FBI wanted them to say.

I don’t think the FBI who was setting Flynn up would write in 302 We told Flynn he didn’t need a lawyer.judge. besides can’t the all powerful FBI re-write them?
