“Wrote 302s seven months later?!” When I was in the VA I was part of a couple of internal investigations. We did not have 302s, but I did keep precise records of everything day by day.
I wrote my findings to my boss via email so there would be an absolute record for him and I on a daily basis.
302s seven months after the fact are garbage and most likely lies.
Would be great if the judge looks at them, and the dates, then simple vacate the conviction and throw it all out. Top that off with recommending an investigation of the investigators. It is about time to get some folks demanding fair, honest, and unbiased justice.
Its a basic rule of the FBI that 302 be written up in a timely fashion
For there to have been a 7 month delay on of two things must have happened.
Either the agents in charge were instructed by higher ups to hold off on drafting the 302 to allow for ability to alter facts as needed to frame Gen Flynn or there was a 302 written at the time and the original was destroyed and McCabe caused the 302 to be re written to frame Gen Flynn with false, fabricated information
