Judge Sullivan, who is assigned to General Flynn’s case is demanding to see the FBI summary 302 report about the ambush Flynn interview according to a new court filing.
Counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok showed up to the White House on January 24th, 2017 along with Special Agent Joe Pientka to interview General Flynn; the meeting was arranged by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
Flynn was told not have his lawyer with him and soon after the FBI agents began to question him he realized he was being ambushed over his phone calls to Russian Ambassador Kislyak.
The FBI agents who ambushed General Flynn on January 24th, 2017 didn’t write their 302 reports on their interview until 7 months later on August 22nd — this is also AFTER Rosenstein wrote his August 2nd memo expanding Mueller’s scope.

General Flynn was a threat to deep state criminals. That’s why they wanted to destroy him... the FBI little shits hated Trump - but they hated Flynn more.
The FBI should be disbanded and replaced.

Sadly, MANY currently in the FBI and DOJ clearly are Stasi wannabes. And they will behave as leftist secret police thugs to the extent they can get away with it.
And equally sadly, MANY civil service employees in other agencies (e.g., IRS, EPA, BLM, State) are doing all they can to damage America and Americans.
I don’t think so, this judge has full national security clearance. mueller will have to produce the documents, or withdraw the case. That’s if this story is true.

What they’ve done to Flynn, an American Patriot and combat veteran, with 30+ years of service. Loathsome government bureaucrats lashing out and destroying any who cross them.

Flynn should not only be pardoned, but he should be put right back in Trump’s cabinet

All you have to do is read the letter that are attachments to his plea to understand why the judge is doing this.
