Ignore the judge and challenge him to enforce his ruling!
Except that Congress not the President controls immigration law.
Yes lets become a nation where the President can do whatever he wants laws be damned!!
Jon Tigar needs to be removed from office...
on immigration he absolutely can! that’s constititutional!
Who needs a president when you have tyrants in black robes?
Eliminate his court entirely and impeach him.
Um no. Immigration is under the control of Congress. Read the Constitution.
Good thing thats not what this judge did.
So where was Trump not following the law?
Its not without precedent.
And, The President clearly has the authority to controll our borders. Article IV Sec. 4. USC.
In reality we are in a nation where judges are placing personal opinion and preventing those from enforcing proper laws.
The law written by Congress is pretty damn clear stating as it does:
Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien’s status, may apply for asylum in accordance with [the procedures set forth elsewhere].” 28 U.S.C. § 1158(a) (emphasis added)
The president is the absolute authority on immigration. It is the presidential perogative. He could ban four legged midgets from guam and it would be legal. He is the ultimate authority on immirgation!
And challenge SanFranNan and her minions to impeach.
Umm no.
“Um no. Immigration is under the control of Congress. Read the Constitution.”
But The President can close the border any time he chooses.
Again no he does not. Read the Constitution before posting that idiocy
