Corrupt courts and judges can be gotten rid of. Congress created them and all federal courts are under the control of congress except scotus.

you seem to think judicialctyranny is wonderful and must be tolerated. that is a moronic view when you understand the constitution. there are remedies. impeaching judges and getting rid of kangaroo courts are cpmstitutuonal options.

if you have a problem with that then you dont really care for checks and balances written into the constitution.

This is not immigration it is a mob invasion, ergo a national defense issue. DJT has the right to stop them

The president can restrict immigration under a number of different ways. Obama did, all presidents have.

Article states.....”even if Congress were to explicitly say that “all aliens seeking admission shall be granted status,” the president can still exclude anyone he wants...... Once an alien is lawfully admitted, then Congress controls the rules of naturalization or deportation, although Justice Thomas believes the president might also have inherent power to deport as well. See Sessions v. Dimaya (2018, THOMAS, J., dissenting, slip op., 13–14).

How strong is this power? As the Supreme Court said in Knauff v. Shaughnessy (1950), which is STILL the controlling case to this day, .....“The exclusion of aliens is a fundamental act of sovereignty. The right to do so stems not alone from legislative power but is inherent in the ‘executive’ power to control the foreign affairs of the nation.”

The Executive executes the Laws enacted by Congress. The Laws are already on the books. Just because previous presidents did not enforce them does not mean that they are not the law of the land.

The president has absolute authority over immigration, congress can be ignored - per the Constitution. You can pass all the laws you want but the President is the absolute authority over immigration.

It’s the Constitution!

Yup it is national defense, we know these people say tovhell with our laws, they say so on camera, they demand we take care of them, they rush and attack our citizens in border patrol and officers and troops, and we know other foreign nationals from china and muslim backgrounds have illegally entered via mexico.

if we cant endorce sovereign borders we have no borders.

the world lets all other countries enforce their borders.

If we don’t understand that, we are no longer a sovereign Republic.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The author’s problem is he does not understand that we left the Republic and the Constitution behind on Usurpation Day.
The judge in question was appointed by an usurper.
8 U.S.C. §1182(f) of United States Code
“Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”
The INVADING ARMY is NOT on USA soil.
You may have been born here, however, you obviously have little knowledge of factual American history!
This invading horde is not much different from the attacks on American soil done by Pancho Villa and his army. And that army was fought, both here and in Mexico, by members of the American military.
Also, the number one job of any president is protect this nation and her LEGAL CITIZENS from threats by foreign nationals...which is exactly what President Trump is attempting to do.
Neither are we obligated to take everyone, from anywhere, into our nation and grant them "asylum"; something a lot of those now in the INVADING HORDE do not even want, nor are planning to ask for.
