And, The President clearly has the authority to controll our borders. Article IV Sec. 4. USC.

In reality we are in a nation where judges are placing personal opinion and preventing those from enforcing proper laws.

Better than 1 non-elected judge in N Cal. The USSC was not designed to give one unelected judge more power than the president and US constitution, period.
