Hundreds of protesters stormed the U.S. Capitol steps Saturday afternoon to protest the looming vote on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
They yelled “Shame! Shame!” as they marched from the Supreme Court across First Street to the grounds of the Capitol, pushing past police and conducting a sit-in on the east front steps of the Capitol.
The steps are restricted area, and police began to arrest protesters just after 1 p.m., hours ahead of the 3:30 p.m. vote.
There were a few supporters of President Trump and Judge Kavanaugh mixed in the crowd, but they were overwhelmingly outnumbered by ‘resistance’ activists.
Protests have been ongoing throughout the Capitol grounds and Senate office buildings over the past few weeks since Christine Blasey Ford came forward with her allegation of sexual misconduct against the president’s nominee.
Roughly 100 people were arrested on Friday ahead of the Senate’s procedural vote moving forward on Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation.

These are UNITED STATES Senators.
They are paid by ALL the citizens of The United States.
Is the Democrat Party more important to them then The United States?
These Democrats have forgotten who they work for.
They work for The United States, not the Democrat Party.
Political parties were formed to make it easier for people to run for office.
Political parties were NOT formed to govern The United States.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Donald Trump is funding them...until November 6 when the Democrat Party will be voted out of Congress for years.
That may be so, but this type of behavior will continue until we start throwing it back at them.

Well, the Democratic Party was.
The REPUBLICAN party was formed to combat the monarchical and aristocratic platform of the Democratic Party Leadership.
I would look at their main spokesperson and say, “You’re getting paid for this, right?”.
She’d say, “Yes, but...”
Then I’d say, “Well, just what else do you do for money?”.
Christine Blasey-Ford already made a public statement that she doesn't care either.
