Christine Blasey Ford refuses to turn over therapist's notes until she gets an FBI interview
Washington Examiner ^ | October 3, 2018 | Kelly Cohen

The lawyers for Christine Blasey Ford said Wednesday that they will only turn over documents requested by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, to the FBI in an interview with the bureau — though an interview has still not yet been scheduled and time is running short.

In a letter to the Iowa Republican, Ford’s lawyers Debra Katz and Lisa Banks say that they are “prepared” to give the documents “to the FBI when she interviewed.”

“We have not yet heard from the FBI about scheduling an interview with her,” they wrote.

Well, Ford and her lawyers made the SJC jump through hoops like trained dogs, it’s not unreasonable for them to expect the corrupt FBI to do the same, seeing as how her friend, McLean, can help push the Deep State FBI to do their bidding...

She wants to refute her ex-boyfriend’s allegations. It obviously struck a nerve.

Congress should “remind” her and her attorneys that it’s Congress’s job to “advise and consent,” not the FBI’s. Congress will decide if they want the FBI to interview her or not, and they’ve decided “not.” Now let’s have that polygraph data, or be charged with contempt of Congress, in addition to perjury for the lies about polygraph tests and obstruction of justice for the lies about flying.

Maybe I guess call me skeptical. These people are so devious and seem to be 1 step ahead with Plan F when Plan A thorugh E have been deflated.

Michael Gore is Leslie Gore's brother. He wrote one of the most effective music scores to a movie I have ever heard.

From the start, Ford and her Lawyers have tried to manipulate and control every aspect of this circus. That alone is a huge red flag and sows doubt to anyone who is interested in the truth.

Bait.

They are begging the FBI to talk to her because once they hand over their list of names they know they can delay this well past midterms.

Fortunately Trump’s people are smarter than her hack lawyers.

Grassley decided the timing to reveal the letter, I believe. The boyfriend sent it in before her testimony.

I don’t trust the FBI. I’m sure I’m not alone in that around here. ANY interview in this farce process is a COMPLETE waste of time. Which gives rise to a question: Why would the FBI waste their time with interview numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, but NOT interview the Ford? Why??

Am I being overly paranoid in suggesting that they would do that just to give the dems a talking point? LOTS of people will by saying, “Hey! Why did you interview persons 1 through X, but not interview Ford?”

Occam’s razor (or Ockham’s razor) is a principle from philosophy. Suppose there exist two explanations for an occurrence. In this case the simpler one is usually better. Another way of saying it is that the more assumptions you have to make, the more unlikely an explanation.

The therapist’s notes may look something like this:

T: any history of abuse, physical or sexual?
F: yes, a minor event 35 years ago
T: were you hurt/raped?
F: no, just annoyed
T: did you report this?
F: no, too minor, plus I was drunk and don’t recall who was there

"You do need an interview with someone who can listen to you and prescribe what you sorely need."

She needs a 2 x 4 upside the head.
