Christine Blasey-Ford wrote a letter to her congresswoman, Anna Eshoo, and that letter was then forwarded to Dianne Feinstein by Eshoo, or her office. The letter that Feinstein turned over to the Senate Judiciary Committee was address to Senator Feinstein (and was obviously modified). So why hasn't the Senate Judiciary Committee charged Feinstein with tampering with evidence?
....she’s a democrap!
Coz it’s not a criminal case. Therefore it’s not “evidence” by the legal definition and not a crime.
The congress can punish her directly for violating their own rules - but they won’t.
Why not yet? Because it would extremely stupid to do so at this time.
Come back after the election and you’ll be able to have a rational discussion on this.
And obstruction of justice while you’re at it.
I hope you don’t advocate charging people with crime just because you want to.
If falsely testifying before the committee is a crime, then submitting false “evidence” to the committee is also a crime.
Or Calif. voters can punish DiFi. Granted, they would be still voting for a socialist democrat, but this person would little power or seniority in the US Senate, and could not possibly be more unethical or cruel than Diane!
At best she will be censured....which is almost meaningless since she has no shame ....
They HAD to leak it or America would have NEVER heard of her and they knew it.
It wasnt evidence, therefore there cannot be evidence tampering.
Because the Republicans are just as corrupt as the democrats.
And they dont even mind looking like blithering pansy idiots to their constituents.
After all, WE dont have a choice, do we... keep voting for them ( and THEY let the democrats roll over them) or we are the ones letting the democrat socialists roll over us if we dont vote for them...
Lose/Lose a bit slower...
It’s against the congressional rules and she can be punished by her fellow congressman (and should be, but won’t) - but not an actual crime.
It’s akin to a job interview for the new CEO and you can interview however and bring up whatever info you want. If a board member brings up questionable information to sink the interviewee it’s just that. It MIGHT be against the board rules but it’s not an actual crime (unless there’s sexual/racial/religious discrimination - unless you’re white and male then it’s perfectly fine regardless)
Now with the FBI investigation any evidence tampering DURING the investigation is a crime as is lying to the investigators. But not before.
IF DiFi actually believed this was a rape case she should’ve presented the evidence initially. She didn’t because there was nothing there. After she presented the evidence the FBI still didn’t do anything because there was nothing actionable.
This is irrational behavior perpetuated and condoned by the DNC and any self-respecting American citizen should be appalled by it and demand the Dems punish her and step down themselves.
The dems are the evil ones here, the dems are the treasonous ones here - make no mistake about it. All good men have to do is sit back and do nothing.
Just a guess...
Democrat Privilege.
Why hasn’t DiFi been charged with harboring a spy?
5.56mm
She is a woman. Like persons of color she expects, demands and gets special privileges and special treatment at all times.
Unless they wait until after the midterms and Kavanaugh on the Court, Dems and Ellen and the View and Alyssa Milano will say: male chauvinist sexist supremacists must be defeated! Women are survivors who must be believed without evidence.
How dare they attack the only woman on the committee?
Spy is an Asian and thus it would be racist to uncover his crimes.
DiFi is a female and thus gets special privileges and a Dem Get Out of Jail Free card from feminist movement.
Kavanaugh? Trump? Sorry, no evidence required. Fast track to destruction.
