If falsely testifying before the committee is a crime, then submitting false “evidence” to the committee is also a crime.

As I recall, although difi held the letter, she did not submit it to the committee Somehow, it was leaked to the press. How? We don't know. Only the congresswoman and her staff have not denied the leak

It’s against the congressional rules and she can be punished by her fellow congressman (and should be, but won’t) - but not an actual crime.

It’s akin to a job interview for the new CEO and you can interview however and bring up whatever info you want. If a board member brings up questionable information to sink the interviewee it’s just that. It MIGHT be against the board rules but it’s not an actual crime (unless there’s sexual/racial/religious discrimination - unless you’re white and male then it’s perfectly fine regardless)
Now with the FBI investigation any evidence tampering DURING the investigation is a crime as is lying to the investigators. But not before.

IF DiFi actually believed this was a rape case she should’ve presented the evidence initially. She didn’t because there was nothing there. After she presented the evidence the FBI still didn’t do anything because there was nothing actionable.

This is irrational behavior perpetuated and condoned by the DNC and any self-respecting American citizen should be appalled by it and demand the Dems punish her and step down themselves.

The dems are the evil ones here, the dems are the treasonous ones here - make no mistake about it. All good men have to do is sit back and do nothing.
