Coz it’s not a criminal case. Therefore it’s not “evidence” by the legal definition and not a crime.

The congress can punish her directly for violating their own rules - but they won’t.

If falsely testifying before the committee is a crime, then submitting false “evidence” to the committee is also a crime.

Or Calif. voters can punish DiFi. Granted, they would be still voting for a socialist democrat, but this person would little power or seniority in the US Senate, and could not possibly be more unethical or cruel than Diane!
