Schedule and take the vote as soon as possible as planned in regular order. If Kavanaugh goes down, let it by vote, not by demoncrat tyranny!!

Then why is he majority leader? Flake he can't control because he's gone in a few months regardless. Collins and Snow can be faced with losing committee roles, etc. Lots of arm twisting that can be done. Do it, Mitch!

How about investigations into:
1. Find out who leaked the information and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
2. Investigation into Ford’s political activism.
3. Investigation into the media (I forget which outlet. . .maybe CNN) randomly calling people from Kavanaugh’s graduating class to try to dig up dirt.
4. Investigation into claims of Senate Democrats who pledged to “use everything I can” to obstruct Kavanaugh’s nomination.
And that is just for starters. Is this how we are going to find out if the FBI is still weaponized against our President?

Would the results of the investigation be confidential except to Senators who would then leak whatever they wanted?
Tell Flake that since he's already retired, just leave now and let the Governor appoint a replacement in time for the floor vote on Kavanaugh.
Tell Flake that it's no longer his problem, his conscience is clear, he won't have to make the final vote on Kavanaugh, and go home and live well with your family.

I have tried ALL of his offices....in DC and district offices....to only receive a busy signal or mailbox is full message.

If Ford was so emotionally distraught while getting the kid glove treatment at Thursday’s hearing, she is going to have an emotional breakdown when she faces a real interrogation where everything she has said and done is picked apart.
She’d be a fool to subject herself to a charge of lying to the FBI. If she agrees to be questioned by the FBI, she’s going to have to answer lots of questions she and her attorney’s don’t want to answer.
She needs to find her own attorney, and not an attorney who has such a huge conflict of interest.
There is no attorney client privilege for communications between Katz and Pelosi, or her staff.

Yup. It’s a done deal. I’m not sure yet that will be a bad thing, but we’ll see.

With all due respect, the Senate (including McConnel) is held hostage on this matter by Collins, Murkowski and Flake.
They need at least 2 of those votes to confirm Kavanaugh and there’s just no getting around that.

Take Flake, lock him in a room with Cotton, Hatch, Lindsey, Scalise, Gohmert and 4-5 other actual patriots and have them calmly and firmly explain that if he votes no, they will spend all of their effort to politically and thus financially destroy him. His opinions on MSNBC and his lobbying work will be stopped and mocked at every level.
His failures will be made public.
