Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California again demanded Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s hearing to the Supreme Court be delayed, hours after Christine Blasey Ford agreed to testify about her sexual misconduct accusations against Kavanaugh.
“I am writing to request an immediate postponement of any further proceedings related to the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh,” Feinstein said in a statement late Sunday evening.
Feinstein’s letter was in response to a second woman, Deborah Ramirez, who came forward accusing Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct decades ago. The California senator’s demand came hours after Ford agreed to testify in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee following days of negotiations.
“I also ask that the newest allegations of sexual misconduct be referred to the FBI for investigation, and that you join our request for the White House to direct the FBI to investigate the allegations of Christine Blasey Ford as well as these new claims.” (RELATED: Susan Collins Questions The Timing Of Kavanaugh Bombshell)
The FBI already declined to open another investigation.
Feinstein, the committee’s ranking Democrat, was made aware of Ford’s accusations in July, weeks before the Senate Judiciary Committee convened for Kavanaugh’s hearing. She notably withheld information from her Senate colleagues until before the committee was scheduled to vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court. After releasing the information on Sept. 14, Feinstein also called for a delay in the proceedings and a full FBI investigation.
“Thursday’s hearing should be canceled in light of a disturbing new allegation of sexual misconduct against Brett Kavanaugh,” Feinstein reiterated in a tweet. “The FBI must investigate ALL allegations.”

Judge Roy Moore of Alabama was smeared HERE with the same talking points used by the MSM. Once the election was thrown by the Republican party, the accusers silently disappeared.
There are those HERE who say our President cannot fire Rod Eisenstein because Paul Ryan will retaliate... There’s no reason for Paul Ryan, but that a better man was slandered HERE and elsewhere as an anti-Semite.
There’s no changing the Republican party from the stupid-appeaser party so long as there are so many stupid appeasers supporting more of the same.

Feinstein should be investigated. Ford should be asked about ALL of her interactions and communications with Feinstein, under oath.
I’ve been having a long Twitter debate with two people. The conversation started with a young lady basically saying he was guilty because she said so. Comes out later she said she was assaulted by a senior person where she worked. I told her that she should be angry because this type activity will only make it harder for true assault victims ever be believed. In the same tweet a guy who says hes a law professor....argued with me. I kept telling him we shall see if she shows up.

I agree, though I think it will be more empty headed rhetoric than just this. They can’t risk her being scrutinized or faced with evidence that makes her allegation impossible. IF Kavanaugh has released calendar data — don’t know if that’s true — he is holding something back. There’s also no way his attorney is going to let him speak right now, prior to hearing from the witness.
They either have the smoking gun to kill this thing, know Ford won’t show, or both.
Feinstein needs to be put out to pasture
They believe that they should get to have their way. Period.
Ryan and McConnell will not mind.
Thet will blame Trump, and go back to being the effectless minority, which gives them cover for never being conservative.

Remember that NO ONE, not even her husband, heard about this ‘attack’ until 2012, when Romney looked like he was going to win and his list of judges included Kavanaugh. Not sure if his list included Gorsich. Ford didn’t say any names at that time (she held her powder, because OHumma won.)
And golly GEE! she suddenly remembered names when DJT nominated Kavanaugh. Not sure why she didn’t try her hand at Gorsich.

It’s absolutely amazing that this person, who has taken a salary and perks from the taxpayers for many years - and who during that time was hosting a Chinese spy as an employee (likely also paid by the taxpayers), has the audacity to point her corrupt fingers at others.
This guy lives in a world that hates democrats of all stripes yet he survives somehow.Seems Hillarys plan to kill big coal was not a big winner in West VA. one can only wonder how Manchin rationalized his conservative voters on that issue.
He may realize that bumping heads with Kavanaugh may be a losing strategy in west Va.and it might be better to vote for the best candidate put forth by either side in 50 years.After doing that he could then take the next six years to get back into the good graces or the commie dems or do what he has to have been thinking about an just join our side.
Either way you gotta figure that Manchin has had "Kavanaugh" on his mind!
Looks like we will find out whether or not Manchin is so bought and paid for that he will vote for or against anyone as long as they are authorized by his masters. This will be a seminal moment for old Joe. Either go down in flames voting against Kavanaugh or stand up a little taller and do the "right" thing.
He had something to do with Education, as well. Maybe he was head of the LA Board of Education. I grew up in Southern California and I remember him as being greasy even back then (in the 1960s).
