Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California again demanded Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s hearing to the Supreme Court be delayed, hours after Christine Blasey Ford agreed to testify about her sexual misconduct accusations against Kavanaugh.

“I am writing to request an immediate postponement of any further proceedings related to the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh,” Feinstein said in a statement late Sunday evening.

Feinstein’s letter was in response to a second woman, Deborah Ramirez, who came forward accusing Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct decades ago. The California senator’s demand came hours after Ford agreed to testify in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee following days of negotiations.

“I also ask that the newest allegations of sexual misconduct be referred to the FBI for investigation, and that you join our request for the White House to direct the FBI to investigate the allegations of Christine Blasey Ford as well as these new claims.” (RELATED: Susan Collins Questions The Timing Of Kavanaugh Bombshell)

The FBI already declined to open another investigation.

Feinstein, the committee’s ranking Democrat, was made aware of Ford’s accusations in July, weeks before the Senate Judiciary Committee convened for Kavanaugh’s hearing. She notably withheld information from her Senate colleagues until before the committee was scheduled to vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court. After releasing the information on Sept. 14, Feinstein also called for a delay in the proceedings and a full FBI investigation.

“Thursday’s hearing should be canceled in light of a disturbing new allegation of sexual misconduct against Brett Kavanaugh,” Feinstein reiterated in a tweet. “The FBI must investigate ALL allegations.”

There are two possible things at work here:

1. Feinstein may be concerned about Buzzy Ford collapsing under scrutiny.

2. Buzzy Ford may now be at the point where her own interests in terms of potential criminal or civil legal exposure may be in conflict with the interests of Feinstein and the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee.

Everyone assumes that the GOP scrutiny of Buzzy Ford would focus on her background, the holes in her story, and other factual points related to her allegation. I don't think that's the case at all. If I'm a Republican on this committee, my primary interest is in exposing Ford's dealings with Feinstein and Democrat Party operatives.

IMO Ford will back out of testifying using the democRATS’ excuse that the GOP isn’t willing to take another sexual accusation seriously - but instead want to ‘rush’ Kavanaugh through rather than investigating. Ford and the dems knows damn well she will be shredded in cross examination with the false testimony she’ll give (under oath) and she does not want to committ perjury or show the world she is a fool no matter how tempting the bribery is from Soros, dems.

This will give Grassley the opportunity to schedule the Judiciary committee vote on Thursday & move it to the floor on Oct 1st to award Kavanaugh a seat on the SC! I predict this is a big loser for the dems and will backfire. If I were Kavanaugh’s wife, I’d file a civil suit on the bitch.

I was actually going to vote for Fineswine, because her opponent is a young illegal alien. My thinking was, she’s 85 and will not likely survive for another six years, giving us the remote opportunity to try and elect a Republican. If DeLeon gets the seat, he will be there for 40 years! But now I don’t know if I can actually hold my nose and vote for her. Most likely I just won’t vote for Senator.

I posted the same three days ago....the reason the letter had to be redacted is that they blacked out Gorsuch’s name and pencilled in Kavanough’s. These people are sick, and Grassley is an old fool for even giving this meaningful consideration.

....there is ample evidence that Sen Gillibrand's father worked for the Nxivm sex cult in Albany. Gillibrand’s father Doug Rutnik was Nxivm's attorney for four months in 2004 at $25,000 per month. In 2004 Gillibrand left her NYC based law firm to work in his Albany office....during the period her father was working for Nxivm.

Isn't that a coincidence? Gillibrand endorsed Eric Schneiderman for AG. Schneiderman later investigated Nxivm.......
then E/S suddenly closed the case BUT nobody knows what happened to the evidence.
