Well do we even know what Ford said? All Grassley has is a redacted letter.
This whole episode is like someones made up dream. I would like to know when and to who she told about these witnesses.
It’s seared in her memory like John Kerry’s Christmas in Cambodia.
Boy, we’ve gone from “the FBI must interview the attendees” to “this attendee can’t be expected to remember the party anyway” awfully fast.
And it’s more than that she can’t remember the party. She says she doesn’t know Kavanaugh at all.

This can only mean one thing: Her client has sent someone a written description of the alleged attack that has a lot more detail than what has been reported by the media before now ... and the Senate Judiciary Committee has already done a ton of work to follow up on the details of that story.

No way in the world a 15 year old girl wouldn’t tell all her besties if something like this had actually happened. Especially since this chick liked to drink. Once a girl gets drunk they usually never shut up.
I’d say this lawyer chick is going nuts about now. She was probably invited to all the Sunday morning shows to slam dunk the story. Now she has to spin in circles explaining why every corroborating witness has testified under oath that they have no clue what she is talking about.
Playing devils advocate here but don’t you think Ford’s lawyers would’ve already known exactly what this “witness” would say??

If you had Ford & this Keyser lady both saying it happened, then game over.

The impression I am getting is that no one who knew Ford “back in the day” wants any part of this Ford and pony show.
They’ll also be saying the day of the event and for years after she never told her good friend about this event.

That girl originally said she heard about it then she backtracked and said she stand by Ford but doesnt know anything and does not want to talk about it anymore.. I guess some young man drunkenly pawing a young woman wasn’t a memorable, earth-shattering event for anybody at the putative party...except for Ford.
If it even occurred, the chances of it having been BK are about zero.
