Anyone who takes this ages old teenage actions any serious consideration is pathetic and nuts. Right now it is just everyone trying to do the eggshell walking PC CYA. Exactly what not to do. We need to call out this malicious attack on this man’s life. Even if he had done something as a teen those records would have been sealed now. Trying to go after him like it was last week is nothing short of insane. Including anyone even thinking any of this circus is worthy of entertaining.

Actually, Chairman Grassley should have one FINAL communique with this jackleg lawyer saying no deal. After that, the matter will be closed. This is not how an honorable federal judge is to be treated.
I thought Kennedy said he wouldn’t step down until his successor was named. Right now he doesn’t have a named successor.
You know what I wish? I wish Anthony Kennedy says he will change his judicial rulings to adhere to Justice Thomas’s until Kavanaugh is approved. Would be a great smackdown to the liberals.
Dr. Christine Ford is reportedly scheduled to appear on 60 Minutes Sunday. She will never testify under oath and the committee will vote on Monday. Kavanaugh will be confirmed by the full Senate within days, as promised by Senator McConnell this morning. The Democrats will try to use the 60 Minutes performance and the media hype to help them in the November Election. That’s all they have left, as they have clearly decided that Ford cannot be allowed to testify under oath, she is an unreliable witness.
