No, they won’t.
In two years, Trump is VERY likely to have two MORE USSC justices replacing the corpse Buzzi and Breyer.

Maybe Dems can be extinct in two years; well maybe not since there are too many idiots that keep voting for them including illegals and grannie who died a Republican and is now voting Democrat.

Senate Republicans and Never Trumpers seem quite happy with the prospect.

During the hearing, Hirono asked Kavanaugh if he had ever sexually assaulted or harassed someone as a “legal adult.” He responded that he had not.
It somewhat stretches credulity, lets put it that way, Hirono told Politico.. I think he didnt want to lie about it, so one way you get through that is saying, I dont remember.
You got to laugh, “I don’t remember.” is Hillary’s pat
answer to everything.
Kav gave her a straight answer, “No.”.

I think weve had those kinds of vacancies before, and we certainly had over a one-year vacancy with Merrick Garland, Hirono told Politico. So the world does not come to an end because we dont fill all of the nominees.
But at the time when the court was down one after Scalia’s death, the liberal view was that we need a fully staffed Supreme Court, and that’s why they protested about Garland never getting a hearing. So now the liberal view is that we can leave Supreme Court seats vacant up to two years? But what about the need to have the court fully staffed???

And the republicans will do NOTHING to stop them.
The problem with American politics is the republicans don’t keep their campaign promises and the democrats do.

Hey, Senator Hirohito:
If the Democrats win control of the Senate in November, don't you think Mitch McConnell might put the Senate in recess in December so the vacant seat can be filled with a recess appointment that would last for those entire two years?

If The People had wanted Merrick Garland THEY WOULD HAVE VOTED FOR HILLARY. Geez, these people are thick, but then the Media is in collusion with them so they think they are infallible.
