A Bexar County grand jury has indicted a 30-year-old San Antonio man who was arrested in July after he was captured on video grabbing a Make America Great Again cap from a teenager who was dining at a San Antonio Whataburger.
Bexar County court records show Kino Jimenez was indicted Wednesday on a charge of theft of person, which is a state jail felony. He was located in Universal City in July by San Antonio police robbery task force detectives who took him into custody on an arrest warrant.
The story made national news after a video went viral on the Internet. In it, 16-year-old Hunter Richard is shown eating with friends around 2 a.m. at a North Side Whataburger at Nacogdoches and Thousand Oaks. The video begins halfway through an altercation that captured a man suspected of being Jimenez throwing a drink in Richards face and walking out of the restaurant with a red Make America Great Again cap in his hand that Richard later said belonged to him.

He chose poorly.
Alright! Finally some justice!
But he was just about to turn his live around.
Good thing we have the weapons and ammo for the coming civil war.
It is important to send a message that this behavior is not acceptable.

Good. The Thug now has a record.
Yes, well he succeeded in that goal.

Has he been convicted?
An illegal or not?
Hope a liberal judge doesn't preside over sentencing. True justice would be a conservative judge dealing out justice, give a max of two years in jail.

If I saw some kid with an Obama shirt on, it wouldn’t occur to me to say anything to them.
Make American Great Again?
Wow, now there’s something to get furious over. /s
Yep, he had a guilty conscience, and knew this was going to come back to haunt him. Well, he was right.

This the guy that worked part time at some homo bar as a bouncer?
Dont know about NM. But if I were the judge, I’d give him a year in the local county jail under the Huber law and the max probation after. That way he can pay the going rate for staying each night at the “hotel” they got there.
In Wisconsin, its as much as 20 bucks a night in places-usually 15 a night.
If he doesnt have a job, then the max in the state pen.
San Antonio. Please tell me they’re not swimming with Obama appointed judges.
How’d he turn so many shades lighter?
Clorox?
There should be no conservative judges, only constitutional judges.
And they shouldn’t be referred to as conservative judges.
