There are still some ‘traditional liberals’ who want, support various welfare programs that most FR’ers oppose... but who still are loyal Americans and even some who, otherwise, subscribe to decent moral values.

The American Left has since the 1930s displayed a close philosophic similarity to the Nazis. While the Bolsheviks confiscated property, the Nazis recognized property rights; yet, just as the American Left, insisted that Government had a virtually unlimited right to dictate how private property was used. In short, making a mockery of the rights they pretended to recognize.

That is the essence of National Socialism--particularly when, as now, the demand for such arbitrary power is coupled with outfight thuggery in the streets.

If we were to look at the public politically correct characteristics leading up to Hitler’s total control, we would find today’s left in lock step with them.

The demonization of anyone who hasn’t bought into the Leftist mantra thus far, is akin to the Brown Shirts and their treatment of folks who saw what was just ahead under Hitler.
