Ohio prosecutors on Thursday threw out charges against porn star Stormy Daniels, a day after she was arrested for allegedly rubbing undercover cops’ faces into her breasts while performing at a strip club.
They say Daniels is not subject to a state law that prohibits anyone who isn’t a family member from touching a nude dancer, because it only applies to someone who “regularly” appears at a jiggle joint — and she was a guest, according to court papers tweeted out by her lawyer Michael Avenatti.
Columbus Police said in a statement Thursday that the 39-year-old “Good Will Humping” star was arrested alongside two other women at Columbus club Sirens as part of a “long-term” human-trafficking investigation.
“Since last fall, Columbus Police were made aware of illegal activity through various adult entertainment clubs throughout the city. Columbus Police have made numerous arrests utilizing this law,” the department said in a statement Thursday.
Avenatti had claimed the arrest was a politically motivated “set up” and also blasted police’s explanation.
“I have serious doubts about the truthfulness of that press release,” he told CNBC.

Personally, I don’t find her very attractive, and am not interested in her over the top enhancement surgery.
It’s possible to go too far with some of those procedures, if you get my meaning. I think she went too far from what I have seen.

Kind of like the Rodney King thing. After all of the dust settled, he committed a few minor crimes but the police wouldn’t arrest him due to it being more trouble for the justice system than it was worth.
