Tomi Lahren began her appearance on Fox and Friends this morning by saying she wanted to clarify her statements in which she argued against overturning Roe v. Wade. Instead, Lahren doubled down, adding fuel to the fire by saying that conservatives who want to go after Roe might as well spit on the Constitution. Said Lahren:
My problem is with some of my fellow conservatives who have put it out there that we are, quote: coming for Roe v. Wade. That is a mistake, because we are putting it out there and implying that we are sending a justice to the bench to carry out religious judicial activism which is a mistake and its unconstitutional. And if we as conservatives are going to imply that, if thats going to be our messaging, we might as well spit on the Constitution.

The Constitution has been trashed by the libs anyway so its a moot point.
She is talking too much, she should go to MSNBC or CNN, join their religion of death and leave us alone.

She doesn’t speak for conservatives.
The mistake she is making is believing we’re trying to appoint somebody that won’t interpret the Constitution as it is written, and do it from a conservative perspective. The left believe we’re doing this because it is EXACTLY what they would do. They would have no problem stacking the court with 100% progressive judges that legislate from the bench with no conservative representation. So they assume we’re the same.
She doesn’t see that you can be correctly interpreting the Constitution and also not find the “right” to kill your baby. The left wants to talk about “precedent”. Ok, the “right” to kill your baby was not determined by “precedent”, it was determined by liberal activist judges listening to a bunch of BS statistics.
One does not have to be a Christian to believe abortion is murder and is therefore wrong. Nat Hentoff was a prime example of such.

I used to work with a guy who was a fan of hers from the Beck channel. He was a RINO himself, so he never had a problem with her. I get that she's for abortion, but her argument is the sort of BS I'd expect from a lefty. She's probably just a future George Will/Bill Kristol in more attractive clothing.
I think she got fired from the Blaze also.
But it was never clear why she got fired or forced out of OAN in the first place. The station - even here - was strangely secretive about what actually happened.
If she left voluntarily on amicable terms, it would have been revealed up front. No ‘hush-hush’ necessary.
It appears now her pro-life stance was also a fraud. Or maybe she ‘evolved’, as the left likes to put it.

My copies of the Constitution, which I read regularly, has failed to reveal any reference whatsoever to infanticide. Any help about that from Lahren would be useful. How do ignorant unknown blonde bimbo loudmouths get so much attention?

What’s the difference?? Fox is anti-Trump. They toss in a little pro-Trump stuff just to keep viewers.
She is right. This is not to be decided by the Court. Besides, abortion is not in the Constitution. It is not a “right”.
However, States’ rights and equal protection of the law are in the Constitution.
Roe v Wade only broadly decriminalized abortion. I have no problem with that under current (insufficient) definitions and those who take the other extreme are beating a dead horse in promoting a neverending political conflict and, as Tomi states, spit on the Constitution.
Also in the Constitution is all the guidelines for Congress to make law. A decision of ‘injustice’ by SCOTUS is moot when Congress resolves the injustice by making law. SCOTUS has said as much. “Abortion” is much too broad. There needs to be federal legislation to eliminate the uncertainties on which SCOTUS found with their decision in RvW.
Certain types of abortions SHOULD be illegal and a much broader national debate must occur to resolve this conflict. States should be left to decide on the basis of their own citizenry within guidelines established by Congress. As a species, humans treat animals better than our babies; the statistics are indisputable.
Pro-life vs. “abortion” is a non-starter. It’s only more power to those in power and perpetual conflict for the rest of us. A dialogue is in order, not at SCOTUS, but on a national level in Congress, but the cowards there will choose political conflict over dialogue if that is what their constituents demand, a continuous feedback loop reinforcing the definition of insanity.
Reversing the “teaching kids in grade school that sex is a recreational activity for which there are no consequences” is a great place to start undoing the damage, but it will take a generation.

Many of them support allowing Anwar Al-Awlaki’s kids and any anchor baby to be President.
