SALT LAKE CITY — Sen. Mike Lee received a phone call Monday from President Donald Trump telling him he would not be his nominee for the U.S. Supreme Court, the Deseret News has learned.
Lee, R-Utah, wouldn't discuss details of the conversation other than to confirm he wasn't Trump's choice but that he would attend the president's prime-time announcement of his pick.

BRUCE Lee had better odds of getting nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court than this guy.
He should have delivered the message with a video, in keeping with Lee’s nasty message about the president.

Telling the media that he was not chosen before PDJT makes tonight’s announcement ensures that Mike Lee won’t be told anything in confidence ever again.
