Sen. Lindsey Graham says Republicans are holding four lottery tickets with President Trumps final short list of judges who could be nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Republicans are holding four lottery tickets, and all of them are winners, Mr. Graham said on Fox News Sunday. If youre a conservative Republican, the four people named, particularly Thomas Hardiman, Im glad hes on the list, are all winners, and every Republican should embrace these picks.

The individual mandate under ObamaCare isn't even "socialism" at all. It's actually fascism first and foremost. Interestingly, that doesn't necessarily make it unconstitutional. ObamaCare is unconstitutional for any number of reasons, but the individual mandate is the weakest part of themlaw to challenge on constitutional grounds.

Palmettos probably think state law requires them to keep Lovable Lindsey.

Right. Only part of ObamaCare involved government-funded health care. The individual mandate required Americans to pay a penalty if they didn't buy medical coverage from private insurers.

Could people even buy health insurance in 1789?
I’m thinking not but I actually don’t know if there was anything to the contrary in the USA at the time.
I think our reasonable private system was “fundamentally changed”. My premiums used to be about $45 a week back in 2001. Been so long since I had insurance, I only remember the old days.

There was no reason to buy health insurance in 1789. Medical care was rudimentary and didn't cost a lot of money.
In general, though, insurance was a huge industry. I believe it was the second-largest industry in the U.S. -- after shipbuilding -- when this country was established.

But let's deal with some real issues.
Is "white sauce" actually barbecue sauce?

Has a Democrat president ever appointed a SC justice that they later regretted? None that I know of.

Had he lived, Kennedy might have regretted Byron White. On the other hand, JFK was more conservative than the Democrats of the ‘70s and ‘80s.

Agree - but Linda tends to seem supportive sometimes and then revert to his RINO heritage at others - I think he’s trying to establish creds for a WH run.
