Actually in a technical sense Napalitano was right. But that’s just due to the posture of the case. If the Hawaii judge goes against the ruling, SCOTUS will clearly slap that judge down.

So if there was one case where a judge ruled against abortion being legal it would overturn Roe v Wade?

There are two men named John Roberts in this case. John Roberts the reporter was lamenting Chief Justice John Robert's Opinion of the Court upholding the Travel Ban.

Trump really needs to get the chance to replace Breyer and RBG. It’s too close as things stand. We need at least a couple more strict constructionists on the court to feel comfortable.
They are switching to Harley Davidson as proof positive that the economy is crashing due to Trumps tariffs.
