The original post was about Mitch holding up Garland’s nomination in Obama’s last few months, which ultimately resulted in our getting Gorsuch.
It wasn’t about who prepared the government brief in this case, which obviously couldn’t be Sen. Mitch.
Any Republican in power would have done the same...a course of events...but hardly an accomplishment.
