The complexity of the case warrants excluding the speedy trial law and delaying the trial, Mueller argued in Tuesdays court filing.
Former federal prosecutor and National Review Contributing Editor Andrew C. McCarthy told TheDCNF it was too late for Mueller to claim that the complexity of the case warranted a delay.
Speedy trial rights belong to the defendant, and if the defendant pushes for a trial within the 70 days, the government has little cause to complain, McCarthy said. If the case was too complex, the government had the option of holding off on seeking an indictment until it was ready to proceed to trial. When a prosecutor files an indictment, it is tantamount to saying, We are ready to go.'

This judge could dismiss this indictment with predjudice.
The Constitution has been disregarded by democrats and Mueller so far. Why should the pesky speedy trial provision of the Constitution be an obstacle?
How could a 2 Tetabyte dump in Russian justify a charge of interference in an election where the voters speak English, but not Russian?
How is this evidence?
I’m still trying to understand how any of Mueller’s lawyers even graduated from law school.
Hillary Clinton & Robert Mueller Linked in Russian Uranium Exchange
American Liberty PAC ^ | Jun 20, 2017 | Kirk
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton facilitated a uranium exchange with Russian law enforcement by former FBI Director (and current chief Deep State inquisitor) Robert Mueller.
The exchange was exposed via a recent Wikileaks publication of a secret cable between Hillarys State Department and the Russian embassy.
Hillary sent Mueller to Moscow with orders to turn over a 10 gram sample of highly enriched uranium (HEU) which was obtained during a shadowy 2006 nuclear sting operation conducted in the Georgian Republic.
The ostensible reason for the transfer was to engender further trust between Russian and American law enforcement in the area of nuclear materials and to learn more about how to trace nuclear materials.
But when it comes to Hillary and Russian uranium interests, the shady Uranium One deal cannot pass unnoted.
There still has been no real investigation into how Hillary gave permission for a Russian company to acquire a quarter of the North American uranium reserves after Russian interests poured hundreds of millions into the Clinton Foundation and gave Bill Clinton six figure speaking fees.
At the very least, this exchange raises serious questions about the ability of Robert Mueller to do his job as special prosecutor on the Russian collusion charges since he already has connections to major figures in Russian law enforcement.

Special Counsel Mueller Literally Handed Uranium to the Russians!
IWB ^ | Mark Angelides
We all know that the Russian Collusion investigation is nothing but a game to try and distract the population from actually caring about the day to day running of the country, but the charade has gone too far and some serious questions need to be asked; most especially of Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
WikiLeaks has put out a document that details then FBI Director Muellers itinerary on his visit to Russia to deliver 10 grams of Enriched Uranium.
One more time for those who missed it Mueller hand delivered Highly Enriched Uranium to the Russian government!

Obama used to teach what they called “constitutional law.”
That is something to be proud of!
Mueller is not going to last very long.
1) he has no book
2) he’s radioactive
3) he can’t sleep at night
Muller actually believes his political MISSION is greater than the preservation of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA as founded.
Mueller takes a dump every day and gets a little on his thumb every time.
For the rest of his life, I want Mueller looking over shoulder.
There’s GOT to be a lot of Obama in there....
Sessions needs to withdraw his recusal and give Mueller 72 hours to wrap up his ‘investigation’.
The GOP needs to come out against Mueller now. This needs to end.
Mueller even being around is unconstitutional. When will Mulehead go bye bye to await indictment himself?
It’s actually a specific federal law not just part of an amendment . It prescribes an actual time limit and this judge is within his rights to deny Mueller’s or Rhee’s motion and set a date.
Somebody probably used the program “wget” on a Russian site and is presenting it as forensic research, LOL.
Good enough for government work!
