Gov’t Must Impose ‘Transgender’ Demands Nationwide, Says Judge
Breitbart ^ | April 16, 2018 | Neil Munro

A federal judge in Washington State has declared that all civic groups nationwide must accept people of the other sex into their single-sex spaces and activities, or else be stigmatized and sued by the federal government. In legal jargon, Judge Marsha Pechman declared in a lawsuit against the Pentagon’s “transgender” policy that the federal government must use its powers to champion people who want to live as members of the sex, either inside the military or outside, just as it must use federal powers to suppress racism:

Today, the Court concludes that transgender people constitute a suspect class. Transgender people have long been forced to live in silence, or to come out and face the threat of overwhelming discrimination. Therefore, the Court grants summary judgment in Plaintiffs’ and Washington’s favor as to the applicable level of scrutiny. The Ban specifically targets one of the most vulnerable groups in our society, and must satisfy strict scrutiny if it is to survive.

Maybe with Africa, but that’s a footnote since it would except the homegrown slaves, which could be traded domestically at will.

Well, you’re right in that slavery existed before there was a U.S. government, but when the Constitution was ratified slavery was in fact legal in some states and the government did pretend and slaves were counted as only 3/5 of a person for the purpose of representation.

In a similar fashion, homosexuality, has existed for a long time (so has cancer), but only recently have governments started pretending that it’s normal.

Perfect case study for a fraud who should be shamed. This is NOT the country I plan to leave behind for my children. Looks like a tranny or at least a dyke. Spit

What percentage of Americans are transgender? 0.3%? And they should dictate who everyone else changes clothing and pees with?

Federal judge-presidents.

This was the plan if Hillary got into office. They were forced to implement it without cover from Herself.

That would suggest 960 000 transgenders, which seems implausible.

That is going to be crazy to deal with out there. Every nutjob now can sue for discrimination if they get fired. Are there now required levels of transgenderism to prove that you are not discriminating against Trans people? You know the 9th Circus is going to go along with this, so more craziness out west and more normal people move away.

Who watches the Science Channel ? They have a show featuring “abandoned” constructions, and other similar formats. What I’m getting at is the “historical commentator”, whatever, who talks like a man, looks like a man, but presents as a woman. Looked him up right away and found the story. OK, do what you want to do, but good gravy.

[[Anything they write beyond the scope of the facts before them is considered dicta:]]

What is either the limit, or the scope- of what she ruled? Is it a national ruling? Or a national suggestion only? It sounds like it’s a ruling to me- but if so=- can’t states refuse to abide? California refuses to abide by federal national law-

And force same gender only clubs, which have existed for centuries, to now include people of the opposite gender who have mental issues

Well, stick with 3 out of 1000. How long does it take you to see, or interact with 334 people. One of them should be X-gender, by this statistic. You be the judge.

***These judges are running the country***

Only because we are letting them. Thomas Jefferson said one of the greatest threats to our free Constitutional republic will be a tyranny of the judges. That time has arrived.

I have msg'd Trump several times to urge him to stop allowing judges to dictate his policies viv-a-vis presidential authority. By yielding to some obscure fed judge on the west coast he is setting dangerous legal precedence - e.g. military administrative decisions, or border and national security policies. So far he has yielded such authority to the judges. (:^{)

Congress has the authority to put the judges in their place, impeach if necessary Alcee Hastings . . . HAHAHAHAHA! Congress take responsibility and DO something? HAHAHAHA

This was a federal lawsuit against the military. I would assume that any ruling purporting to bind the government beyond the military would be dicta. The law frowns on attempts to apply a ruling wider than was actually argued at court or where wider interests were neither warned nor represented by counsel at the trial. It is why much of a decision may be considered dicta. Nothing stops an ambitious jurist from trying to broaden the ruling but it doesn’t work.

Which is why judges are my number 1 issue. We need more judges appointed. I know trump numbers are most in decades but more are needed. If Mcconnell was decent he’d do 3 a day everyday.
