This was never even on the radar until the bogus Homosexual agenda shoved it into the courts. It's like Obama flipped a switch and this was to be Common Law. The slippery slope is on a roll. We know what's next and it is going to get much uglier. I guess all of the other identity and grievance placeholders need to go to the back of the bus.
In WA state, the WA Supreme Court ruled that the Legislature was not spending enough money on Education, and would fine the body daily until Education was properly funded. This was because the state Constitution says that Education is a primary concern, and must be fully funded. Since Schools used Levys to pay for band, sports, music etc, that was unConstitutional. In short, one branch orders the other what to spend money on, and how much. BOTH are Legislative powers.
Progressives needed judges to overthrow governance by constitutional means while maintaining the pretense that it still remained and now they cannot question their edicts even if they wanted to (not that they do).
Republicans didn’t repeal under Eisenhower when they could, when they could still save the country from lawlessness, and they are often too compromised to resist.
This ridiculous broad should be run out of town on a rail.
The same goes for those other insane “judges.”
Trannies are mentally ill and should be locked up in mental hospitals.
Why run for Congress or President to change things ,just become a Judge tell everyone what to do

Bad things happen when governments pretend:
The U.S. government pretended that black people weren’t fully human and the result was slavery.
The German government pretended that Jewish people weren’t fully human and the result was the Holocaust.
Many governments pretend that preborn people aren’t fully human and the result is millions and millions of human deaths from abortions.
Many governments are now pretending that homosexuality is normal and the result is self-inflicted problems like this and God only knows where it will lead.
