“Educated” and “intelligent” are not the same thing.

A high school graduate in 1970 was on average far more educated that most of today’s “collich” graduates.

Everything bad that has happened here occurred under the watch of the baby boomers. Gun control to government spying to unconscionable debt to epic social decay including rampant drug use and baby boomer politicians that refuse to go away; especially the normalizing of socialism and communism.
One, single generation has overseen the total undoing of our Republic through their narcissism, selfishness, and basic stupidity. And now, in the close of their autumnal years, they lash out at the products of their harvest. It is amazing.
Face it, the Millis have a long way to go to do as much damage.

What are you supposed to do if you are a grifter with a high government job (and surely headed higher), and you want to turn that job into money — real money, not just a stinkin' government salary — all without getting caught?
He's definitely a naive neophyte in the digital world, so I told him to think of it like the contractors who would go to elderly homes and tell them about the "hail damage" to the roof, even with no hail and the roof being recently replaced. That helped clarify it for him, I think. Scammers are everywhere.
They skim learn...6 seconds max. They were never thought how to learn and their arrogance prevents them.

I think you have right idea, and there is nothing wrong with being a merchant or a poet, I’m a poet too. However, I earned my money by hard work.
At the OSCARS they refused to clap, when one gave credit to America. The Communists screamed ‘gun control’, while surrounded by 500 armed guards. That is the mindset destroying America.
These actors promise to leave if a Conservative is elected, yet here they still are! SAD. I will give not one cent to a movie or watch any entertainment or shows these people appear in. Time to talk with our $$$!
They have American greed (which as Gordon Gecko says is good) with very limited opportunities, so anything that can lift them from the low-wage/high-debt morass is attractive to them. Never mind owning a home; many young people today can’t make car payments or pay rent without sharing an apartment with others. Desperation probably leads them to make bad decisions regarding scams.
Because they believe that people are inherently good.

Good question. IMHO, and in my experience, learning how to think critically leads to common sense. Most common sense boils down to critical thinking.
