Can you teach common sense?

Good question. IMHO, and in my experience, learning how to think critically leads to common sense. Most common sense boils down to critical thinking.

I guess that explains it. Critical thinking didn’t come into vogue until I have been out of school 35 years. How did we ever survive as a nation before?
