I was attached to a local wichita ks hardee's wifi and recieved the following message -
"This website is blocked by your network operator.

Philosophy and Political Advocacy

Several other conservative friendly sites are accessable and the DU website..
Are any of you able to visit a hardees and report back your experience.
Did you test Democratic Underground to see if they are fair and balanced in their blocking?
It was blocked on local Walmart wifi a while back.................
Does Hardees still have cheeseburgers? I could go for a good cheeseburger right now. It's been a long time since I've been to a Hardees. A couple days ago, as we were going through Richmond, VA, we stopped at a Buffalo Wild Wings and I had a cheeseburger there. Not a bad burger. Usually I get just the wings there (dry rub Desert Heat) but decided on the burger this one time. Good choice. Nothing like a good burger fast and cheap.
Try Hardee’s hand-breaded chicken breasts and hot sauce for dipping. That’s the best thing they have IMO.
I noticed it is also blocked on my local Best Buy’s wifi. I can’t remember if it was categorized as political advocacy, but it might have been something else - like internet chat or something. All the nutty left-wing sites I tried as a comparison like the Huffington Compost and Kos worked.
I had this experience with the WiFi network at Shake Shack recently. The server message said Freerepublic is “inappropriate” content. I tried to find a way to contact their network admin, but gave up, they make it very difficult to find anyone.
” Is there a Hardees near here?”
Google it!
So what?
It’s their system, they can do what they like with it.
Back in the early 1990s, my local Hardee’s was a Rush room.
Remember those?
I’ve got LTE and unlimited data. I can do what I want with it :o)
Hardees has cheeseburgers and they’re one of the better ones from a national (well, almost) basic fast food chain.
And these are the people who WANT ‘net neutrality’
True, but we can also do what we want with our fast food choices. True Patriots will dine elsewhere. Loss of revenue will test their sincerity.
“Inappropriate content”
I bet but I guess they would have some fag lesbo propaganda displayed if available.
Yeah, and if WE don’t like it we can share info here and/or complain to mgmt and/or decide to withhold our business from such establishments.
Agreed one billionty percent, bubble.
Agree twelve billionty percent, Enchante.
Just use a vpn and you can get to any site that you like by bypassing the network censors.
Does Laz have an alibi?
