Excerpts - Forty-six states — including Sessions' home state of Alabama — have legalized some form of medical marijuana in recent years, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Eight of those states also allow recreational marijuana.
The only legal protection now for medical marijuana growers, processors, sellers and users is a temporary measure sponsored by Republican California Rep. Dana Rohrabacher and Democratic Oregon Rep. Earl Blumenauer prohibiting the U.S. Department of Justice from using government funds to target them.

It will call attention to the law of the land that has no exceptions for using illegal drugs. There are none and there should be none in my opinion. Marijuana does no more for a sickness than a shot of cheap whiskey. Never cured a single ailment.
Rohrabacher is a pot head. I was pretty sure of that but now there is no further question. They are coming out from under their rocks.

I was worried Session would focus on trivial things like Treason and Sedition.
It increases appetite in those people dying of cancer and/ or on chemotherapy for same.

Liver Cancer and Pancreatic Cancer patients use marijuana to ease the effects of Chemotherapy and stimulate appetite so they can actually eat and keep food down.
Seen that first hand: my Godmother who passed from liver cancer and my sister in law who passed from pancreatic cancer.
I don't do drugs, I barely drink alcohol and I don't smoke cigarettes. I personally see nothing wrong with medical marijuana and consider it to be compassionate for those dying of cancer.
You are wrong! A conservative, Christian, nurse and a dear friend used it to help her eat when she was battling colon cancer. It was the only thing that helped. She liked one that didn’t make her stoned.
I know of others that are having success with controlling seizure’s without side effects like other medication. There still needs to be more research in this area.
There’s also research in it helping spasms from movement disorders.
Someone needs to stick a lit joint in Hillary’s mouth.

It is a no win for this administration. Just leave it alone; leave it to states; leave federal law as is.
Also know of this situation & of cancer patients. I also recall seeing cancer sells dissolving when injected with THC.A poll taken recently that somewhere around 75% of the population support it with 51% being republicans.
