It was apparently the Holy Grail of the left’s dream narrative , a white right wing terrorist with hordes of guns stopped in the nick of time from committing a mosque massacre by a bold black Democrat heroine! The way the facts seemed to fit the leftist template was so compelling that any Democrat party apparatchik would have jumped on the chance . Hard core Democrat/Socialist Kamela Harris was no exception.
A fellow calls a mosque and makes threats. A mosque member following up on some anti-Islamic Facebook posts calls the Facebook man and thinks the voice is similar to the guy who made the threats. He passes his detective work over to the Los Angeles Police.
The Los Angeles police noticed the man has multiple weapons registered. It all seems to add up to something big.
One can only imagine the delight the ambitious Kamela Harris must had when she received the news. She was going to be the Wonder Women of the left who was going to stop this dastardly mayhem before a drop of blood was spilled!
A warrant is issued , the culprit arrested and his weapons seized. To top it all off the man is an admitted hothead who upon arrest was idiotic enough not to use his right to remain silent . Open and shut case right? Kamela must have been dreaming of sitting behind that big desk in the Oval Office the whole time she pursued the case. Only problem was she screwed up.
It turns out while the police got the phone records they did not dig into them. If they did they would have discovered it was somebody else who made the calls. A fellow who it turns out made it a habit to harass mosques. That is what the lawyer of the hothead discovered.
What a letdown to Kamela this must have been! She could have admitted her rush to judgment and dropped the case but that shining White House must have still been looming in her imagination so she doubled down on stupid and continued with the prosecution anyways.
Kamela Harris is still going after the hothead with a California law meant to stop harassing phone calls to pursue “justice” by going after the hothead by the novel application of the California law based on his Facebook posts!
This stretching of law to the point of breaking a man’s right to free speech is clearly an abuse of power on her part. Rather than admitting her mistake Kamela Harris has made the bigger mistake of attacking the 1st amendment. Not a good career move for a White House run. Most Americans can excuse making an honest mistake made in a rush to judgment, they cannot excuse an official attack on America’s most cherished right, our Freedom of Speech!
Well, that would be sweet but she has a LOT of the pre-reqs to at least get a nod.
As Rush says, such abhorrent governmental behavior is a resume enhancer as far as leftists are concerned.
Who was that bright , young heroine whose political career was destroyed by her misconduct in the Watergate case? Hillary Rodman?
To her base, she has done nothing wrong.
The MSM will sweep it under the rug.
No one will ever question her about it.

Indeed. 50% of the country would like nothing better than to completely eliminate our right of free speech, unless we’re saying exactly what they demand we say. Look at their behavior on campuses across the country, or their fantasy of making it illegal even to question “global warming,” or the very concept of “hate speech.”
Kamala Harris is not a Natural Born Citizen.
Both her Parents were Non Citizens at the time of her Birth.
She also spent her youth staring at (Married) Willie Brown’s One Eyed Snake which fetched her a cushy State Job.
I understand generally what you’re trying to say. I also think her lack of any action when Harvey Weinstein and others were criminally sexually assaulting all sorts of people hurts her chances.
But, this post is not that understandable.
Ann Coulter believes If Kamala Harris runs in 2020, she will be the Democratic nominee. She was right on the money with Trump .
God willing, this woman will go down in flames. She is my Senator and she is more dangerous than 0bama and Hillary combined. But she is photogenic, delivers a speech well, is very popular and highly electable in a nation where the voting trend is Democratic.

The story itself is too lengthy, intricate and nuanced for most Californians to study closely. It’s still early in the game.
Anything could happen. Not all influential Dems are ready to line up behind Kam. not yet.
Some people still haven’t forgiven her for ‘jumping in line’ and taking the Atty. Gen. position when Gavin Newsome was supposedly the heir apparent.
This article just got me to thinking. What if The Rodham decided to run as somebody’s vice president? I think we know what the outcome would be if they won.

The way I learned it is that natural born is born in America of citizen parents, plural.
That is the highest form of citizenship.
No to Harris, no to Jindal, no to Haley, no to Cruz.

She is not qualifies to be president. Both her parents were non-citizens. I don’t think Trump will let that slip by.
Harris hasn’t had to issue hits on those she has had in her inner circle, not the like the hag who the democrats put up for the WH in 2016. This is not to say Harris would be any different than the hag if she ever makes it to the WH. Both a liars but one is, accordingly, a cold blooded murderer.
In a normal America this specimen would have zero chance at the presidency. It would be beyond laughable. However, after having elected Obama twice the country is perfectly capable of such insanity.
Thanks for the heads up on this. I even found a link for anybody who wants to read up on this blatant abuse of power. She smells like a full blown Stalinist to me. Disappointed but not surprised.
