Minutes before the Washington Post published a story where five women accuse Senate candidate Roy Moore of improper conduct, the news site Brietbart published a story pushing back against their stories.
Roy Moore, the Republican Senate candidate in Alabama, made a similar effort on Thursday to head off The Washington Post’s report that he allegedly initiated a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old and dated teenagers when he was in his 30s. But Moore did not use Twitter or any official campaign channel. He used Breitbart News.
Minutes before The Post published its report, Breitbart posted a preemptive response from Moore under one of its signature, all-caps headlines: “AFTER ENDORSING DEMOCRAT IN ALABAMA, WASHINGTON POST PLANS TO HIT ROY MOORE WITH ALLEGATIONS OF INAPPROPRIATE RELATIONS WITH TEENAGERS; JUDGE FIRES BACK DENIAL.”

THESE ALLEGED MOORE SEXUAL MISCONDUCT INCIDENTS OF 38 YEARS AGO WERE WITH FEMALES BEYOND THE AGE OF CONSENT. THEY SHOW NO IMPOSITION OF PHYSICAL FORCE OR WILL WHICH WOULD MAKE IT A CRIMINAL ACT.
In the 19th century marriages between teen aged women and older men were common so the age of consent was in the teens. Presently the age of consent for women in Alabama is 16. In 1979 according to Gateway Pundit it was 12. In Mexico it’s 14.

Breitbart going up against the deep state.
The author, a WashPost bottom-dweller enjoys crawling in the mud. An example of his fake news from earlier this year:

I'm not a Republican. I'm a Deplorable. Why? There's no excuse for Ryan still being Speaker after he didn't have a plan to repeal and replace Obamacare. Other reason? Thinking that the money corporations bring back to the US will be used for middle class jobs and wages is not believable. Just as with the money given to banks "to big to fail", it will be used to buy out competing companies and to line the pockets of upper-tier employees. What we want is EVerify and incentives to create and keep jobs in the US for US citizens.
This is a re-hash of what they did to Herman Cain in 2012—with even flimsier evidence. Judge Moore needs to come out swinging and expect that the media and GOP will attempt to pile on over the next two weeks. He needs to resist all pressure to step aside. If he does that, he’ll still win. The public hates all of those piling on. Make them the bad guys here—it won’t be hard.
Whether it is a crime is less relevant. The dems want to reduce voter turnout for Moore. This will be effective in doing that. Will it be enough to elect Doug Jones? Not sure.
But I would not downplay the impact in a highly churched state when you have the head bible thumper ten commandments zealot accused of going after teens when he was in his 30s. Whether he scored or not matters not. Even if unproven it adds seeds of doubt and that is the dems' intent.
Of course, the accusations take place when Moore was still a Democrat.
One of the accusations was that he took out an 18 year old woman, and ordered wine for her when the drinking age was 19.
The woman would be at least as culpable as Moore for such conduct, as Moore didn’t make her drink the wine and she was no longer a child. If folks think this is newsworthy or disqualifying, especially in a world of Kennedys and Clintons ... sheesh!
Did the Merk have to fill up two empty columns? There is no substance to their article that takes 2,000 words to complain that Breitbart published an article with headlines in caps!
Ironically, the Washington Com-Post may have done conservatives a favor. First, Alabama voters know the score, and they are not biting at this story, and THEY are the ONLY voters who count.
But there is something more afoot. I frankly don’t think the Democrats, at least the overt Progressive socialist crybaby wing, is NOT the culpable party. I smell a putrid Big MacDouble burger: McConnell and McCain. Have you noticed how all the RINO’s are the MAIN whiners about Roy Moore in this debacle?
In short, it is the GOP Establishment that is running this con. They would obviously wish to deal with a Democrat than a Conservative, and it is extremely apparent that they are trying to establish their perogative.
THIS HELPS IDENTIFY THE TRAITORS in our group, JUST IN TIME to get primary opponents up to speed. We NEED CONSERVATIVES to challenge these pieces of crap posing as Republicans. THIS is what will win us elections for years to come.

Are you saying that the "highly churched state" (whatever that means) of Alabama will have expected their "head bible thumper ten commandments zealot" (glad to know your feelings about Judge Moore) to have been sinless throughout his life?
I suspect that this blatant smear will just piss people off at the Bible spreading the smear - not against Moore.
That Southern-fried Lolita is not at all credible. She has led a very sketchy life...3 divorces..bouncing around from job to job..she thinks she has now hit the mega- million lotto with her barely-legal work of fiction. Her description of the alleged molestation almost forty years ago reads like an excerpt from Nabokov...even down to the guy’s whitey-tighties !
